  • Designer for the womens knitwear ranges for this organic and sustainably sourced clothing brand

  • Design and develop womenswear colour palette and themes across all product areas

Luxury Cashmere factory - Nepal

  • Designer and consultant for their own label cashmere lifestyle range.

  • Developed the handwriting for the brand and responsible for the direction and design of the range.

  • Designing Women's, Mens and children's knitted cashmere ranges including accessories. Also cashmere woven scarves and home products.

  • Responsible for range structure and planning , colour palettes, tech packs, fitting and over-all range direction​

 

Cro-che - UK

  • Develop crochet tech packs for Bali crochet factory

Maya Cashmere - Nepal

  • Designed and developed the womenswear Maya brand   - Women’s cashmere garments and knitted accessories.

  • Developed the handwriting for the brand and responsible for direction and design of the Women's wear range. Managing own critical path.

  • Designed the colour palette and worked directly with the factory through all stages of design and fitting etc to SMS stage.

  • Arranged and planned styling for lookbook shoot

  • Planned and effected their PURE London stand from design to completion.

Luxury Cashmere factory - Inner Mongolia

  • Designed the in-house women’s knitwear range to promote further the luxury vertical manufacturer to existing clients including Chloe, Marc Jacobs, Helmut Lang, Chinti and Parker etc and to promote the factory to new clients.

  • Developed their seasonal colour palettes  for in-house cashmere yarn production.

  • Responsible for designing branding brochures and website to promote the brand to new customers for PV.

  • Designer for their manufacturing brand in China - Men’s and Women’s knitwear

​KC knitwear Co ltd - Hong Kong

  • Designed the in-house development women’s knitwear range for their premium high street customers including Jigsaw, Mint Velvet and The White Company. Including fashion plain garments, intarsia, jacquards, print and embellishment.

  • Produced trend reports from catwalk and Pitti Filati and new season trend boards and key shapes.

 

Nicole Farhi - UK

  • Designed and developed the women’s knitwear range including sourcing of yarn.

  • Consulted on the mens knitwear range

  • Responsible for colour palettes for main range - Womenswear

  • Worked closely with Head of womenswear and owner together with other designers on the direction of the range.

  • Managed and structured own critical path.

  • Worked directly with factories in China, Italy and the UK, and spinners in Italy and the Far East

  • Design and make knitted swatches, using vintage prints, knits and embellishment.

  • Swatches sold to: Missoni, Sonia Rykiel, Cacharel, Fendi, Etro, Yves Saint Laurent, Day Birger et Mikkelson, Donna Karan, Anna Sui, Ralph Lauren, Armani Exchange, Anthropologie, Rebecca Taylor, Abercrombie and Fitch, DKNY, Calypso, Gap, Whistles.

Monsoon

  • Responsible for all knitwear at Monsoon - day, occasion wear, premium ranges (including Esthetica range for London Fashion week) and knitted accessories, from initial concept to final seal sample.

  • Responsible for Approx 280 options PA. Approx £65m retail price PA.

  • Responsible for the design of the knitwear range that gave Monsoon its best A/W season in its 40 year history in A/W 2012.

  • Accountable for knit trend direction, strategy, comp shop reports and catwalk reaction. Set and managed knitwear critical path.

  • Responsible for knitwear colour palettes.

  • Managed knitwear design team comprising of a Junior designer and Design Assistant.

  • Worked closely with with buying, merchandising, QC, press and design teams.

  • Worked with and maintain good relationships with key industry suppliers, working directly with Far East and Turkish factories and UK suppliers.
